House rules and policies
Please read these before you book. They help keep the home comfortable for everyone.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in and check-out times are confirmed in your booking details. Early or late arrivals should be agreed with us in advance.
House rules
- No pets.
- No smoking, anywhere in the property.
- No parties or events.
- Please treat the home and its furniture with care.
- Respect neighbours, especially during quiet hours.
- Maximum of 6 guests. Additional guests are not permitted without our agreement.
Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required to cover any damage or breakage. We will return it after check-out, once the property has been checked and found to be in order.
The deposit amount and how it is taken are shown at booking.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. Cancel at least 14 days before your check-in date for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
